The App does not provide medical, health, fitness, financial, investment, legal, or psychological advice. All content — including habit suggestions, trivia facts, and identity descriptions — is for informational and motivational purposes only.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and decisions. The habits, challenges, and goals suggested by the App are starting points — not prescriptions. Always use your own judgment and listen to your body. If any activity causes pain, discomfort, or distress, stop immediately.

Assumption of Risk

Physical activities, dietary changes, cold exposure, breathwork, and other practices carry inherent risks. By using the App, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you undertake any activities at your own risk. The App and its developers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or its content.

The App includes trivia facts and educational content ("Knowledge Scrolls") intended to inspire and inform. While we strive for accuracy, these facts are simplified summaries of research and should not be used as the basis for medical, health, or financial decisions. Always verify information with authoritative sources.

Age Requirements

The App is suitable for all ages. Users under 18 should use the App with parental or guardian awareness, particularly for fitness-related identities.

Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, illustrations, and code in the App are the property of Level Habits. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Level Habits and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, reliable, or complete.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and Level Habits, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App or your use of it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
