Level Habits ("the App") is built with your privacy as a priority. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

Data Storage

All your habit data, progress, streaks, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. Your data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, the App reads the following data types to auto-complete certain habits:

• Step count
• Active energy burned
• Sleep analysis
• Workout sessions
• Mindful minutes

This health data is read locally and never stored, shared, or transmitted. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Apple Watch & Widgets

The App syncs habit data between your iPhone and Apple Watch using WatchConnectivity, and shares progress with widgets via an App Group. This data stays on your devices.

Analytics & Tracking

The App does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not collect, share, or sell any personal information.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
